Montana Pete - Bass Camp

Bass Camp

by Montana Pete (2005)

"Montana Pete on their latest release 'Bass Camp' have neatly categorised the human race into five clear song castes. These I will not go into as it is both dull and uninformative to do so. Suffice to say they, like so many, do not trust whitey or his servants. As the CD tails off towards the end you begin to wonder if it is worth us, as human beings, making such gestures as 'charity', 'encouragement' and even 'love' towards one another, so persuasive is their argument (that personality is acquired through lusting after the person next to you - thus it is random]. It is not an overly depressing release but as I myself am in a band I wish them utter failure." A Guitar Player. Any guitar player. Journal of Social Policy March 2005
